We allow up to 2 cats or dogs per household. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and pet rent of $35 per pet. Please call for more information. No weight limit, no breed restrictions. We make reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities and accept assist animals if the resident has a disability related need for an assist animal. Decisions are made on a case by case bases, determined by the reasonable accommodation process. For dogs - $60 fee for Poo Prints is required.
